Orders are accepted from:
9 a.m. ET, September 1, 2026 to 5 p.m. ET on March 15, 2027.
Availability
Some species sell out quickly so plan ahead and order early.
Check our website, PlantTNtrees.org, frequently as availability can change, including
from “Sold Out” back to “Available”.
Cost Share Programs
If you are ordering large volumes of Oak, Hickory or Loblolly Pine, 2.0 Generation
seedlings, there may be a cost share program available to assist paying for these trees.

Payment Fee Charges
*Paying by credit card. This form of payment requires an additional 2.35% service charge.
*Paying by bank account electronic funds transfer or by check. This form of payment requires an additional $0.49 service charge.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please call the Nursery at 877-868-7337.
All orders require a minimum of 30 days notice of cancellation prior to the selected delivery month (i.e., if you choose the January shipment, you must cancel by December 15 to receive a refund). Cancellation requests without the required notice are nonrefundable.
Refunds
Refunds will not be provided after the customer receives their seedlings. Trees are live products. Once they are in your care, they can be affected by too many circumstances outside of the East TN Nursery’s control including how they were transported, stored and/or how, when, and where they are planted, etc. Therefore, we will not be able to give refunds for the seedlings you receive.
How to Place an Order
Orders must be received by the 15th of the month prior to the month selected for delivery (i.e., for a January shipment, you must order by December 15th).
Orders can be placed in three ways:

- If paying by check you may send it with your document.
- If paying by debit/credit, Nursery staff will contact you for card information.
How to Choose Your Pickup/Delivery Month
- Availability and delivery are dependent on weather conditions.
- You can only pickup or ship to one destination per order. If you have two or more
pickup/delivery sites, you must place a separate order for each one. - Orders must be received by the 15th of the month prior to the month selected for delivery
(i.e., for a February shipment, you must order by January 15th). - Shipments are made during the last half of the month you select (i.e., if you order by
January 15th for a February shipment, you should receive your seedlings sometime
between February 15th – 28th, weather permitting). - Due to our harvesting schedule, if you need seedlings during the first half of a month (i.e.,
February 10th), you must order by the 15th two months prior to that date (i.e., December
15th).
Pickup/Delivery Options
1. Customer Pickup – Free at a Cooler location near you (see map and directions below)
• You will have seven (7) days to pick up your order.
• For your choice of pickup in either January, February or March

2. FedEx – For your choice of delivery in January, February, March or April. Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping charges.
FedEx DOES NOT deliver to undeveloped properties.
$43.00 per 25 seedlings of any species
$46.00 per 100 pine seedlings
$53.00 per 500 pine seedlings
$51.00 per 100 hardwood or wildlife seedlings
Example: You order 25 hardwoods and 1,000 pines, your total FedEx charge would be
$43 + $53 + $53 = $149
